Q: How do I search the website?
A: There is a search box that persists at the top of every page with the text 'Search ...'. Simply click in the box and type the text you want to search for. The search term will be used to search the website and articles with the search text that are found will be summarised with the search term highlighted in yellow. You can also use terms such as 'and', 'not' and 'or' in the searches to include or exclude additional search terms.
Q: How do I find a document, presentation or paper etc that I've authored or been involved in?
A: The best way to find resources you've participated in is to go to the Publications menu and then All Resources submenu. You can then use the search filters to find the resource. For example, put your surname in the Participant search filter or if you know the title, or part of the title. you can enter that in the title search filter. Press the Search button to filter by your selections.
Q: I use to be able to access Working Group content. Where can I find it now?
A: If you haven't already, you will first need to become a Follower for each working group that you are interested in using the Follow Working Groups menu option. Simply click the Working Groups you are interested in and you will then see new menu options under the Working Groups submenu. To access Working Group files, you need to be assigned as a Contributor. Contact the Working Group lead and they will assign you in this role. Working Group leads can be found in the Working Group 'shop window' page. Once you are a contributor, more menu options will be appear in the Working Groups submenu, and in particular, a link to the Working Group's content repository.
Q: I use to be able to access Forums – where as these now?
A: All the forums and most of the previous content has been migrated so that it is fully integrated with the website and you can find them from the Forums menu. You can see the articles and comment directly on then by clicking on the red box 'Write Comment'.
Q: How do I update my personal details and preferences?
A: Your details should have been migrated from the old site and are accessible through the Member Profile submenu on the Membership menu. Why not upload a profile picture of yourself! These details will be used to pre-populate the booking form when you book an event to make the event booking process easy!
