Website Help and Support
Navigation
You navigate the website using the menu options at the top of the page:
Clicking on the menu item will take you to a top-level page for that particular subject.
In some cases, there is also a diamond shape like this: ⏷next to a menu. This means that as well as the main menu article, there are also further submenu options.
Clicking on the diamond will reveal further menu options as illustrated below.
The diamond then points up to show that the menu has been expanded and you can click on the diamond again to collapse the menu.
In some cases, a submenu item can have further submenus itself, as illustrated here:
The principle is the same: click on the diamond to reveal the further menu options and click again to collapse the menu.
Signing In
If you've already registered with the SCSC on the old site then all your credentials will work on the new site. Contact SCSC support if this is not the case. Once you've registered you can sign in by using the Login option under the Home menu or by clicking on the top right hand icon:
Once you've logged in, the icon will change to the following:
Hovering the mouse over this icon will show your logged in Name. If you would like your own profile picture to appear here when you are logged in, then you can add a profile picture in the Member Profile submenu under Membership. If you add a profile picture, it will appear in the top right icon as illustrated here:
Note that there are some size constraints on the profile picture to make sure they are all consistent (this is currently a max width and height of 80 pixels and max size of 200Kb).
Clicking on the icon will take you to a screen where you can confirm that you want to log off.
A Quick Tour!
The following is a brief summary of each menu option in the website:

SCSC Members can use this menu option to search and download resources. If you are not a member, then you are welcome to sample some of the publications but this is limited to a monthly download so a month's publication pass or joining the club is recommended.
